We are currently accepting new enrollments for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years at the following locations:
We invite you to stop by the center of your choice for a tour and information packet. We ask if you’d like you or your child to meet the teachers that you come by between the hours of 9-11 a.m.
If you would like to speed the enrollment process, you are welcome to download portions of the enrollment documents below to have filled out prior to your visit. In addition, you will also be asked to sign a Parent Handbook Acknowledgment once you have received your packet and provide copies of both parent’s driver’s licenses, the child’s birth certificate, current immunization records*, and health statement** from your pediatrician.
* Copies of immunization records for school age children are on file at public schools and are not required to be on file at Premier Academy.
**A health statement is a statement signed by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas certifying that the physician has examined the child recently and that the child is physically able to participate in Premier Academy’s programs.
